The Investment Advisory Council is a premier tier of our ecosystem, providing strategic, high-level guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while enabling members to monetize their expertise and build verified credibility across the network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is inviting experienced private capital professionals to join the Investment Advisory Council , offering strategic guidance on fund formation, capital deployment, portfolio oversight, and investment execution.

This is not traditional employment . Council Members operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Council Members:

• Advise fund managers, investors, and sponsors on capital strategy, deal structuring, and operational optimization

• Mentor analysts, deal scouts, and advisors, fostering internal capacity and professional development

• Access curated deal flow , exclusive advisory engagements, and platform-driven visibility

• Build a verified Advisory Council Track Record within Initio Sphere

This role is ideal for ex-investment bankers, fund managers, senior operators, or consultants with a history of leading or closing complex private capital transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Council Members may:

• Provide capital strategy guidance , LP engagement insights, and fundraising positioning advice

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts, scouts, and advisors on modeling, diligence, and deal execution best practices

• Offer portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation strategies

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, co-investors, and syndicate partners

Council Members focus on high-level strategic counsel and relationship-driven deal facilitation . They are not responsible for day-to-day modeling or transactional administration unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Portfolio or operating company advisory

• Mentorship, technical training, and capacity-building for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network development

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions .

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Council Members are independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, expertise, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions on closed deals

• Payments are issued after successful advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistently high-value contributions

How Council Members Get Activated

1. Submit a Council Member application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, analysts, and scouts on approved advisory engagements

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to high-value opportunities.

Compliance Notice

Council Members do not :

• Provide investment advice to the public

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentoring, and deal support .
