Registered Dietitian Nutritionist- Full Time Nutrition HealthWorks, a private practice in Charlotte for over 13 years, is hiring a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for an office location inside a local wellness facility in the heart of Charlotte, NC. The RDN will provide evidence-based, one-on-one and/or group nutrition consulting in a private practice environment. The RDN must be comfortable working with a wide range of nutritional needs, age groups, and medical conditions. There is also an opportunity to attend community events, present to corporate accounts, and conduct physician in-services. This is an entry-level position and is mostly compensated based on client appointments. This is not a salaried position and weekly hours worked may vary slightly. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity and flexibility to provide telehealth from other locations other than the office setting. However, coming into the office is required 3-4 days per week. Requirements Registered Dietitian as per Commission on Dietetic Registration. Qualifications Demonstrates strong leadership competencies and skills for the position, including: ability to teach, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer service, relationship development, results oriented, team building, highly motivated and independent-decision making. Able to perform responsibilities with minimum supervision. Basic to Advanced computer skills. Job Type Full-time paid hourly ($40.00 - $48.00 per hour), plus commission with growth opportunities Flexible hours offering availability for telehealth and in person client sessions (hybrid). However, it is expected that this candidate will be in their private office location 3-4 days per week.
