Work From Home Inbound Sales Representative

HMG Careers | Remote - Canada and United States

In addition to a great income, you'll be representing an established insurance brand that serves union members, veterans, and their families across Canada and the United States.

You will be provided with leads, training, technology, and ongoing support. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them select benefit programs designed to protect the people they care about.

First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance.

What you'll do

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and members of established partner organizations.
• Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.

You do not need previous insurance experience. Comprehensive training is provided. The candidates who really thrive in this role are coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with our clients.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and through video meetings
• Enjoy helping people understand important financial and benefit decisions
• Can manage your own schedule and stay focused without constant supervision
• Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using Zoom
• Have sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience

Licensing and eligibility

You must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state. If you are not currently licensed, we will help you understand the licensing process and identify an appropriate solution. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
